This project is an ongoing multi-phase redevelopment of a storage facility on 15.256 acres in New Braunfels, Texas. Phase 1 project services included a 25,300 square foot climate controlled storage building, a 27,500 square foot Breezeway style storage building, and 44,600 square feet of outdoor storage. Phase 2 services included an additional 27,500 square foot Breezeway style storage building. KFW also moved the outdoor storage while building an additional 26,342 square feet of outdoor storage on a permeable pavement system that provides storm water detention within the subgrade. Phase 3 is currently under construction, and includes 2 office/climate controlled storage buildings with 13,260 square feet of office space within the 49,770 square foot buildings, and 76,120 square feet of boat and RV storage buildings.
