KFW provided services for the new construction of an approximate 4,800 SF retail/restaurant building on the northeast corner and limited site improvements on the larger existing building located on McCullough Avenue and Hildebrand Avenue in San Antonio. Located west of Trinity University and the University of Incarnate Word, the shopping center serves the Olmos Park and Monte Vista neighborhoods northwest of downtown.
