This development is a specialty retail center located at the corner of Pond Hill Road and N.W. Military Highway in San Antonio, Texas. Our Professional Civil Engineering and Surveying services included tennis court revisions, drainage improvements, parking stalls, and permit coordination with TXDOT and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to create the Pond Hill Retail Center. A geologic assessment was also required due to the project location over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.
