This development is located at the Eastern intersection of City Base Landing and Goliad Road in San Antonio, Texas. The first phase of work included entitlement and platting of +36.7 Acres, design and permitting for +5,100 linear feet of a 12” public water main, +3,500 linear feet of an 8” public sanitary sewer main, +800 linear feet of Public Street, and +1,200 linear feet of public storm sewer system. The second phase of work included design and permitting for +345,000 square feet of a commercial retail development which includes the site layout, parking, drainage, utility, and grading plans.
