This development is located at the Northeastern corner of Broadway and Mulberry Road in San Antonio, Texas. Our services included subdivision platting and construction documents for a +7,500 square foot retail development. Out services included the design drawings, demolition of the vacant restaurant building, and permit coordination with the City of San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation due to the project location in the Rio Overlay Zoning District. Design and permitting of the retail development required a storm water analysis, due to the project location within the floodplain. Detailed coordination with the project Architect and City of San Antonio was required for the store front grading and pedestrian spaces to comply with the Rio Overlay Zoning District requirements.
