This project consisted of the demolition and proposed redevelopment of multiple pads located at the old Live Oak Civic Center on Pat Booker Road in Live Oak, Texas. The old Live Oak Civic Center was demolished for the redevelopment of four fast food restaurants and an ATM. Our services consisted of a replat, mass grading plan, and coordination with TXDOT and the City of Live Oak for permitting.
