KFW provided civil engineering and surveying services for the new medical office building located at 4515 N Loop 1604 W. in San Antonio, Texas. The new clinic is approximately 21,000 SF and 3-stories tall. KFW designed the building, associated parking, and necessary water quality basins to serve this development.
