Jess was first introduced to the industry after getting her AutoDesk certificate in 2009. Shortly after, she started working as a draftswoman and has now been in the consulting industry for almost 14 years now.

Celeste started her career at KFW as a CAD Technician with a degree in mathematics and was introduced to the industry by her husband, who had been in civil engineering for over 20 years. KFW Surveying's Partner, Teresa Seidel, R.P.L.S. , saw great potential and chose to mentor and guide Celeste on the journey to become a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. Celeste works on Teresa's team by overseeing a variety of surveying projects from construction, ALTAs, topo, and more. In 4 short years, Celeste now holds a CST Level III certificate and has recently earned the title of Surveyor in Training (SIT).

Eric had come across the opportunity with KFW when he began searching for internships as a junior at UTSA. He is currently working to obtain his PE license in June of next year. For Eric, one of the best parts of his job is having the ability to pass on the knowledge he's learned over the past 5 years to the interns and young EITs we have here at the office.
