Armando Niebla, P.E.

Vice President

Armando begun his experience in commercial land development in 2004.  He has worked on various size commercial projects throughout the State of Texas to include quick service restaurants, mixed use retail, and large commercial subdivisions.  He also provides leadership and direction for KFW’s commercial teams.

Armando is a high school graduate of Central Catholic, a graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio (Class of ’03) and is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa and their daughter Luciana, son Julian, and daughter Paloma (coming soon!).  He is active with the Our Lady of Grace Church community and has participated in the annual Men’s ACTS Retreat since 2015. Armando assists in coaching various sports for the CYO which his daughters also participate in.  In addition to family and ministry, Armando is active in the North Chamber of San Antonio and has been through the Leadership Lab with Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA).
