Billy Classen, P.E.
Billy is a Vice President of Land Development. Another proud Aggie alumni, he graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Billy is not shy about showing his Aggie spirit. Every year, since graduation, he and his wife, also an Aggie alumni, purchase season tickets to the football games. Not only do they attend as many games as possible, they travel outside of Texas to see them play—not wanting to miss away games like Ole Miss and Alabama. Billy grew up on a ranch in Bexar County near Garden Ridge and participated in the rodeo for over 10 years calf roping. You can’t get more Texan than that!
In January 2013, Billy joined the KFW family bringing with him over 22 years of experience. He currently manages a team that takes on both Commercial and Residential Development projects. Billy is also an active member in the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and was involved in the Leadership Development group for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) in 2004.
Billy enjoys the long-lasting relationships he is able to build with clients and the golf trips that he takes every year with various clients working closely with KFW. He also loves to travel with his wife (especially to Las Vegas and Hawaii), and although their schedules are busy, they rarely miss a day at the gym!
Billy provides an irreplaceable service as a leader at KFW and continues to challenge and develop his growing team.
It is very easy to communicate with each person at KFW. Everyone has a voice here, and everyone’s voice matters.
